Snapea Crisps|Mung Bean Pasta|Sour Cream and Onion Chips

I’ve recently discovered three incredible products that I feel compelled – no…obligated to discuss.

1. Snapea Crisps

I know I’m very late to this party, but I just found these. I’ve gone through two bags this week, and I’m ready for more. They’re like vegetable Cheetos! In a good way.

2. Explore Asia Organic Mung Bean Fettuccine

Look at these stats per serving. Just look at them. LOOK.
  • Calories: 182
  • Fat: 2
  • Carbs: 17
  • Fiber: 11
  • Protein: 25
Ingredients: organic mung beans, water

Are these for real?!? We ate them last night with tomato sauce and tofu, and they were really good. They’re incredibly filling with a slightly chewy texture. We’ll be eating these all the time.

3. Earth Balance Vegan Sour Cream and Onion Kettle Chips

These are so off the hook that I’m not convinced they were ever even on the hook. I came home from work earlier this week and saw this waiting for me:

M is my husband, and I may have actually cried when I saw this. Life has been colorful lately, and this very sweet gesture was very much appreciated. I can’t even believe these chips.

And now you know what I’ve been obsessively stuffing into my face.

I was not contacted by any of these companies. I’m just a fan!
